Dosage
30-40 drops, 3-4 times daily

Duration of Use
4-6 months

Best Taken
Between meals, in a small amount of warm water during follicular phase of menstrual cycle (days 1-14). For additional support, use the Vitex Elixir during luteal phase (days 14-28).
