For Wet Coughs - Cinnamon/Loquat Syrup
Fluid Extract in a vegetable glycerin base

Elecampane root (Inula helenium)
Licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra)
Anise seed (Pimpinella anisum)
Cramp bark (Viburnum opulus)
Thyme leaf (Thymus vulgaris)
Wild cherry (Prunus serotina)
Cinnamon bark (Cinnamomum zeylanicum)
Hyssop herb (Hyssopus officinalis)
Honey Loquat syrup (Loquat, Licorice, Ginger, Spearmint, Fritillary, Raw Honey)
Pure Vegetable Glycerine (35-45%)
Concentration
1:2 Herb strength ratio
Uses/Dosage
1 to 2 years 1/8 teaspoon dilute in water
3 to 6 years 1/4 teaspoon undilute
7 to 13 years 1/2 teaspoon undiluted
Give 3 times per day. For best results give on an empty stomach before meals. If the child has a more severe or persistent cough, give the syrup up to 5 times a day.

Cough is a symptom of an underlying illness which the body's immune system must fight and control. Use immune-supporting compunds like Echinacea for Children, Echincacea/Goldenseal for Children, or Composition Essence for Children. If the cough is due to an upper respiratory infection, throat infection, or sinusitis, consider using Throat Spray for Children or Elder/Eyebright Formula.
