Ingredients
Tresalbio Omega-3 Chia seed extract (Salvia hispanica L.)
O2B Peroxidation Blocker (<0.2% including natural astaxanthin extract and natural non-GMO soy tocopherols
Softgel contains glycerin, modified corn starch, carrageenan, sorbitol, purified water.

Dosage
Take 3 vegetarian softgels (500 mg each), 2 times daily, with meals.
