Minimum Orders
We do not require a minimum dollar amount on orders.

Sales Tax
Tax will be charged to all North Carolina orders.

Shipping Lead Times
Most orders ship within two (2) business days.

Out of Stock Items
If you have ordered an item that is currently not in stock, you will be notified. Always submit your telephone number when placing an order.

Price Changes
Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment Options
Currently, we are able to accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover/Novus, Personal Checks and Money Orders. Please note that paying via Personal Check will delay your order, as we will need to make sure that the check has been cleared by our bank before shipping your order. We do not accept COD orders.

Returned Checks
There is a $25 surcharge applicable to any and all first time returned checks. If you issue a check that is returned by the bank, no other checks will be accepted on future orders.

Returns & Cancellations

Returns
All returns must be requested within 14 days from receipt of goods. Unless we are at fault in filling your order, all returned merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee. We do not refund shipping costs. All returned merchandise must be in unopened, original packaging and in resalable condition to receive a refund. We do not accept returns on 4 oz. and larger size products. These are considered special orders and cannot be returned or credited.

Cancellations
We may be able to cancel your order except for the following conditions. Orders cannot be cancelled once your order has been shipped. If the product you requested is a special order (4 oz. or larger) and it has been ordered from the manufacturer, the order cannot be cancelled.

Damage Claims
If a package is obviously damaged upon arrival, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately. If an order is damaged only internally, please notify us within two (2) days of receipt of your order to place a claim. All boxes, packaging materials, and product must remain intact and undisturbed in order to process a claim. There is a very high possibility that the shipping carrier will need to inspect the damaged order.

Personal Information
When you place an order with us or request a catalog or product information, we need personal information about you which may include your name, phone number, billing address, shipping address, email address, and credit card information. We may also collect information on how you communicated with us. We do this primarily so that we have alternate ways of communicating with you should the information you provided be inadequate. Information on how you communicated with us can include: the return email address shown in your email messages, the return address on envelopes, the fax number on faxes, the phone number from which you are calling and any other information that might help us to contact you that might be included with your payment. Your personal information is used to process and ship your order and to fulfill any other requests you may have. If at any time you choose to discontinue using our products and services, you may request that any stored personal information be removed from our system.

Receiving Email and Mail from Us
On occasion we may notify our customers about our products, promotions, and services either via email or postal mail. This is usually at your request. Center for Natural Healing has no control over the privacy practices of sites outside our domain. If you follow a link to another web site, read that site's privacy policy and contact their administrator with your privacy-related questions.
